Heksetrappen, Heksetrappen (Heibergsgade/Strandvejen), Aarhus, Denmark

Supported by Teknik & Miljø (Aarhus Kommune) and PUKK

The works are built up by references from the original form of Heksetrappen (The Witch's Staircase) in Aarhus, Denmark as a path, about urban development, with additions from surroundings such as Johanne Luise Heiberg and vaudeville, Sankt Nicolaus' Kilde and Sct. Nicolauskilde's Brøndanstalt, Sankt Hans and folklore, where associations overlap, and symbols become a kind of a neologism.
